Angela is an experienced speaker and qualified Reminiscence Worker, operating in the Broads, Norwich and Great Yarmouth Areas.
She has worked for the last 20 years with people with physical disability, learning difficulties and brain injury and is highly experienced in working with people with communication difficulties and dementia.
Angela has worked with NHS Norfolk and Norfolk County Council as well as many local and national charities, running reminiscence and art courses.
She also works with Norfolk Museums, most recently running World War One re-enactments and education. Angela has recently worked with Cinema City, Norwich on a reminiscence project called 'Moving Memories.'
Angela has also worked with Norfolk Library Services and provided support and training for their Memory Box Project which loans Reminiscence Boxes to individuals and groups.
Angela also is a highly experienced arts and crafts specialist and can incorporate these into reminiscence sessions.
Angela is the author of 'The Happy Memories Book'.
Her qualifications include:
O.C.N Level 2 and Level 3 qualifications in Reminiscence.
The Provision of Activities in a Care Setting (NAPA).
B.A.(Hons) in Literature and Cultural Studies
